GIKANA. Residential building R+8 floors, to contain luxury apartments for rental as well as activity spaces linked to the comfort of residents such as a swimming pool on the roof terrace, a cinema room on the 1st floor, a SPA room, etc. The whole has more than 8800 m² of usable surface area.

The project consisted of calculating stability based on the architect’s plans, discussing the evolution of the architectural project, developing execution plans and monitoring.
